Two awards in one week for iseekgolf's Bruce Young

This week has been a rewarding one for iseekgolf.com’s Bruce Young.

On Monday night Bruce was the recipient of the New Zealand Golf Radio Broadcaster of the Year Award for his weekly segment aired on Radio Sport in that country. Last night at Queensland Golf’s Annual Awards night, Bruce won the Golf Media Award for his work on Brisbane radio stations 4TAB and 4BC and of course for his role in iseekgolf.com. Bruce is also a regular panelist on talkingolf.com and on the Gold Coast’s Life F.M. Golf Show

Whilst the award is perhaps a recognition of Bruce’s involvement in golf-related media, the specific item that was considered for the award was the interview he recorded with Simon Nash earlier this year which may be heard by clicking here. In that interview Bruce talks with Simon about his success as a member of the University of Minnesota’s NCA winning team and his victory in the Porter Cup.
