The match of the day was fought out between South Australia’s Stephanie Na and Victorian Clare Choi with Na winning 2-up on the final hole.
SA’s Sarah King had an excellent result beating 2008 Canadian Amateur champion Stacey Keating 3&2 while SA’s Stephanie Na and Jovanna Bozanic beat Victorians Stacey Keating and Clare Choi in the Foursomes.
Queensland were convincingly beaten by Western Australia in the Foursomes as Whitney Hillier, Nicole Montgomery and the Speechley sisters triumphed.
In a complete reversal of fortunes, Queensland found another gear in the singles matches and made short work of the Western Australian women.
NSW comprehensively accounted for Tasmania in foursomes and singles.
