The Australian Eisenhower team has taken full advantage of early conditions during the second round of the World Amateur Team Championship and has moved to 6-under-par to be in third position.

Tim Stewart is the standout perform so far for the Australians. Starting on the back nine at The Grange’s West course, he was 3-under-par through six holes following a birdie frenzy on the 12th, 13th and 15th. He’s currently at 4-under-par through 12.

Supporting Stewart is Rohan Blizard at 3-under-par through 11, whilst Matthew Griffin is even through 10 holes.

Stewart started the morning round in T79th position in the singles and has charged to be currently T17th. Blizard also has made his move starting from T54th to be equal with Stewart.

Overnight leaders USA are due to tee off at The Grange at 12.18pm and currently enjoy a two stroke lead at 10-under-par over Scotland.
