Australasians improve at Japan Q School

Several of the Australasians playing the Final Stage of Qualifying for the 2013 Japan Golf Tour have made considerable progress on day three of the six day marathon.

Victorian James McLean has improved from his overnight 20th to a share of 6th following his third round of 68 as he chases a place on the Japan Golf Tour for the first occasion.

Adam Bland has recorded three rounds in the 60's to be in a share of 11th position, Ryan Haller is 15th, Paul Sheehan 20th, Mike Hendry 46th, Scott Hend 62nd, Richard Tate, Paul Spargo, AaronTownsend and Matthew Millar are 76th, Scott Barr 121st, Neven Basic 142nd, Matthew Guyatt 162nd and Chris Campbell 182nf.

A cut will be made to the leading 90 players and ties after tomorrow's third round following which the remaining players play for their ranking in Japan next season.
