The following information should be read carefully in conjunction with all purchases to make sure you have a full understanding of your obligations.
Method of Payment
All positions sold through ShootOut Golf are to be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Refunds
All refunds must be processed through ShootOut Golf, not directly with the golf course. Bookings for Shootout events can be cancelled up to two (2) business days prior to the day of play no later than 3pm. All cancellations will be attract a AUD$10.00 cancellation fee with no exceptions.
Please note all refund requests must be made before 3pm two days prior to the event by email or phoning our office 1800 234 100.
Bookings for ShootOut events purchased inside of two (2) business days from the date of play are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals are charged 100% of the purchase price. Refunds minus the cancellation fee will be refunded on the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
Weather Policy
If the golf course is open, you are expected to play and there will be no refunds because of weather. However if a course is closed due to weather all decisions will default back to the course’s weather policy.
Future Bookings
ShootOut Golf reserves the right to contact you if you have made a future booking that needs to be changed or cancelled for any reason.
Handicaps
To be eligible for prizes all players must have an accredited AGU handicap. At the discretion of ShootOut Golf handicaps will be checked with the player’s home club. ShootOut reserves the right to issue a ShootOut specific handicap in special circumstances.
