The Druid Hills Golf Club was founded in 1912 and is a private course built on hilly terrain, so you can expect many uneven lies in the fairways. A creek comes into play on eight holes, and the greens are extremely fast.
The signature hole is the 8th (199-yard, par 3), which requires a tee shot over water to a shallow green. Locals claim that this is one of the best holes in the entire State of Georgia.
