An Australian may not have won the Monroe Invitation this week in America, but they certainly made their presence known. Michael Foster’s closing low-round, 5-under-par, 65, certainly sent a stern message to the Americans, as the Australian Amateur runner-up and 2007 Rice Planters Champion, literally ripped apart the Pittsford layout during the final day.
