Matt Jager has fired a closing round 4-under-par, 68, to win his second Federal Amateur Open title with a 12-under-par score, two strokes ahead of Tim Hart.
Australia’s top ranked amateur yesterday fired a third-round, 66 to build upon opening rounds to 69-73. Today’s win was Jager’s first since winning the New Zealand Amateur in April.
