A first was created on the Asian Tour today when Bangladesh’s 25-year-old, Siddikur, defeated South African Jbe Kruger on the first hole of a sudden death playoff to win the Brunei Open at the Empire Hotel and Country club in Bandar Seri Begawan.
Siddikur is in just his second season on the Asian Tour but became the first ever golfer from his country to win on the Asian Tour securing US$47,000 in the process.
