14 year old New Zealander Lydia Ko has been beaten in round two of the US Women’s Amateur Championship, leaving no Australasians remaining in the event which has now reached the quarter finals.
Ko went down to Hawaiian golfer Stephanie Kono by 3&2 before the American advanced to the quarter finals with a victory in her afternoon match.
