Queensland successfully defended their Interstate Series title with a 7.5-4.5 victory over Victoria in the Australian Men’s Interstate Teams Matches at Royal Perth Golf Club.
Tim Hart lead the Queensland challenge remaining undefeated in the series. Hart accounted for Geoff Drakeford, 2&1, in the singles after combining with Daniel Nisbet to defeat Nathan Holman and Drakeford, 3&2, in yesterday’s foursome finals.
