Englishman Lee Slattery has completed an impressive comeback to European Tour golf by winning the Bankia Madrid Masters by just one shot over Italian Lorenzo Gaglia.
The victory appeared as if it would be more comfortable than the final margin suggested but a double bogey at his very last hole by the winner perhaps made things look tighter than they were.
