New South Welshman Matthew Stieger has won the 2012 NSW PGA Championship at Mt. Broughton Golf and Country Club, securing not only the $15,000 winner’s cheque, but also a start in next week’s Emirates Australian Open.
Having turned Professional less than two months ago, the victory comes in only the rookie Professional’s sixth PGA Tour of Australasia tournament.
